Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh; but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools suffers harm.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.”
Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin.Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same intention (for whoever has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin).
Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.Those who say, “I love God,” and hate their brothers or sisters, are liars; for those who do not love a brother or sister whom they have seen, cannot love God whom they have not seen.
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them.
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.Therefore you have no excuse, whoever you are, when you judge others; for in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, are doing the very same things.
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.
Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me.
Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.They who have my commandments and keep them are those who love me; and those who love me will be loved by my Father, and I will love them and reveal myself to them.
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.
If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help?
Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness.Everyone who commits sin is guilty of lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father.
Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”Then he said to them all, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever would approach him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord.
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.Shun fornication! Every sin that a person commits is outside the body; but the fornicator sins against the body itself.
For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”For “Those who desire life and desire to see good days, let them keep their tongues from evil and their lips from speaking deceit; let them turn away from evil and do good; let them seek peace and pursue it.”
Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.Like a city breached, without walls, is one who lacks self-control.
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.”Jesus answered them, “Very truly, I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin.”
The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper.To get wisdom is to love oneself; to keep understanding is to prosper.

Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.And whoever does not provide for relatives, and especially for family members, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
