- Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the day time,
and in the night his song shall be with me,
and my prayer unto the God of my life. - Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.

and not your garments,
and turn unto the Lord your God:
for he is gracious and merciful,

to preach good tidings unto the meek;

and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. - And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
- For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
- For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
- But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
- Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me. - Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude. And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.
- Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
- Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
- The heart is deceitful above all things,
and desperately wicked: who can know it?
I the Lord search the heart,
I try the reins,
even to give every man according to his ways,
and according to the fruit of his doings. - Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
- And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
- For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
- Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil:
but to the counsellors of peace is joy. - He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous:
he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. - Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
- Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
- Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
- But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
