- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. - Wait on the Lord: be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart:
wait, I say, on the Lord. - Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
- For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
- For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
he will save us. - I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait,
and in his word do I hope. - Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
- And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
- Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.
- I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
Lord, hear my voice:
let thine ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications. - The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
- For I the Lord thy God
will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not;
I will help thee. - Death and life are in the power of the tongue:
and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. - For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. - I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
- But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
- One thing have I desired of the Lord,
that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to enquire in his temple.
But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.Next verse!With image
