Let your light shine (3/4)

With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments!I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your precepts.
Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker.
Keep steady my steps according to your promise, and let no iniquity get dominion over me.Guide my steps in accord with your word and never let evil triumph over me.
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.Let your love be sincere. Loathe what is evil and hold fast to what is good.
In you, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me!In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me.
Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus.Let your attitude be identical to that of Christ Jesus.
Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the Lord!Let us examine and test our ways and return to the Lord.
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil. If you are angry, do not sin. Do not let the sun set on your anger, and do not give the devil an opening.
To this day I have had the help that comes from God, and so I stand here testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would come to pass: that the Christ must suffer and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles. But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. I assert nothing more than what the Prophets and Moses said would occur: that the Christ must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to the people and to the Gentiles.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. And let the peace of Christ reign in your hearts, because it was for this that you were called together in one body. Always be thankful.
My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not escape from your sight; keep them within your heart. My son, concentrate attentively on my words; pay heed to the instructions I pass on to you. Do not let them slip from your mind; keep them forever in your heart.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!Let everything that breathes offer praise to the Lord. Alleluia.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.Let the wicked abandon their ways and those who are evil their thoughts. Let them return to the Lord so that he may have mercy upon them; and to our God, for he is rich in forgiveness.
So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. So we must not fall asleep as the others do, but we must stay alert and sober.
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.Let no one regard you with contempt because of your youth, but serve as an example to the believers in your speech and conduct, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.Rather, let justice flow like a river, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
Let all that you do be done in love.Everything that you do should be done in love.
Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.Let no foul word ever pass your lips. Say only what is useful for edification, so that your words may benefit your listeners.
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”Do not succumb to the love of money, but be content with what you have, for God has said, “I will never forsake you or abandon you.”
Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”This is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’
If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit. If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit.
Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.At dawn let me experience your kindness, for in you I place my trust. Show me the path I must walk, for to you I lift up my soul.
Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.Do not let kindness and fidelity leave you; fasten them around your neck and inscribe them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will gain favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.
Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth.Sing praise to the Lord for his mighty deeds; let this be known throughout the entire world.
Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.Dear children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
