- And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit. - Hope deferred maketh the heart sick:

are riches, and honour, and life. - I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
- Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings;
and the years of thy life shall be many.
He that followeth after righteousness and mercy
findeth life, righteousness, and honour.Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
