My jesus (3/4)

  • Then the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
  • God is faithful, and it is by him that you have been called into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
  • Jesus looked at them and said, “For men it is impossible, but not for God. For God all things are possible.”
  • And every day, both in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming Jesus as the Christ.
  • For I know that through your prayers and with the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will result in deliverance for me.
  • As for me, I do not regard my life as of any value, only that I finish the race and complete the mission that I received from the Lord Jesus—to bear witness to the gospel of God’s grace.
  • Jesus said,
“Amen, amen, I say to you,
no one can enter the kingdom of God
unless he is born of water and the Spirit.”
  • The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
  • All of these were constantly engaged in prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
  • Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his garments.
  • Even should my heart and my flesh fail,
God is the rock of my heart
    and my portion forever.
  • It was for this purpose that he called you through our gospel so that you might come to share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Then Peter came up to him and asked, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy times seven.”
  • On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out,
    “If anyone is thirsty,
let him come to me and drink.”
  • For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for a life of good works that God had prepared for us to do.
  • Then Jesus said to him,
    “You have come to believe
    because you have seen me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
and yet have come to believe.”
  • When Jesus heard this, he said, “It is not the healthy who need a physician, but rather those who are sick.”
  • And whatever you do in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
  • Rather, grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
To him be glory both now and for all eternity. Amen.
  • I am confident of this: that the one who began a good work in you will bring it to completion on the day of Christ Jesus.
  • He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress, so that I stand unshaken.
  • You, O Lord, are light for my lamp;
O my God, you make my darkness turn to light.
  • But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”
  • May the God of perseverance and encouragement grant that you may live in harmony with one another, following in the example of Jesus Christ.
  • If you confess with your lips, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Since in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor lack of circumcision is worth anything. All that matters is faith expressing itself through love.

If you abide in me
and my words abide in you,
you may ask for whatever you wish,
and it will be done for you.
