- O come, let us worship and bow down:
let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name. - The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - As far as the east is from the west,
so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. - Like as a father pitieth his children,
so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. - But the mercy of the Lord is
from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him,
and his righteousness unto children's children;
To such as keep his covenant,
and to those that remember his commandments to do them. - I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - For he satisfieth the longing soul,
and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. - He sent his word, and healed them,
and delivered them from their destructions. - I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people:
and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. - Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens:
and thy glory above all the earth. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:
his praise endureth for ever. - Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord,
that delighteth greatly in his commandments. - A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:
he will guide his affairs with discretion. - Surely he shall not be moved for ever:
the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. - Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. - I love the Lord, because he hath heard
my voice and my supplications.
Because he hath inclined his ear unto me,
therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. - I called upon the Lord in distress:
the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. - The Lord is on my side; I will not fear:
what can man do unto me? - It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - This is the day which the Lord hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.Whither shall I go from thy spirit?
or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:
if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.Next verse!With image
