Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'What'
- Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
- He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good;
and what doth the Lord require of thee,
but to do justly, and to love mercy,
and to walk humbly with thy God? - For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
- The Lord is on my side; I will not fear:
what can man do unto me? - Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
- What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
- Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
- What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
and the son of man, that thou visitest him? - The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable:
but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. - Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
- For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
- Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
- What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
- Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
- What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
- In God I will praise his word,
in God I have put my trust;
I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. - So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
- The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
- For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
- He revealeth the deep and secret things:
he knoweth what is in the darkness,
and the light dwelleth with him. - And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.
- Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
- What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
- When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope. And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.Next verse!With image
