- What then? Should we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!
- So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” - He reveals deep and hidden things;
he knows what is in the darkness,
and light dwells with him. - So that, with the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance among the saints.
- If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
- Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his clothing.
