- The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works. - Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:
thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. - Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. - For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord. - And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.
- The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him. - Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart,
all ye that hope in the Lord. - Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.
- I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. - I will bless the Lord at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - O come, let us worship and bow down:
let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore. - Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. - Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord God.
- When I said, My foot slippeth;
thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. - Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing,
and obtaineth favour of the Lord. - This is the day which the Lord hath made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it. - Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised;
and his greatness is unsearchable. - By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life. - Every way of a man is right in his own eyes:
but the Lord pondereth the hearts. - Wherefore now let the fear of the Lord be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor taking of gifts.
- For the Lord giveth wisdom:
out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. - For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people:
he will beautify the meek with salvation.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Although the fig tree shall not blossom,
neither shall fruit be in the vines;
the labour of the olive shall fail,
and the fields shall yield no meat;
the flock shall be cut off from the fold,
and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation.Next verse!With image
