I thirst for God, the living God. When can I go and stand before him? | My soul thirsts for God, the living God. When shall I come to behold the face of God? |
And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. | Therefore, I say to you: ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. |
Seek the Lord, all who are humble, and follow his commands. Seek to do what is right and to live humbly.
