What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. For I the Lord thy God
will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not;
I will help thee. Remove far from me vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. The Lord bless thee, and keep thee:
The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. Before destruction the heart of man is haughty,
and before honour is humility. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:
it shall not return unto me void,
but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Death and life are in the power of the tongue:
and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom:
and with all thy getting get understanding. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Who is a God like unto thee,
that pardoneth iniquity,
and passeth by the transgression
of the remnant of his heritage?
he retaineth not his anger for ever,
because he delighteth in mercy. Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits,
even the God of our salvation. Selah. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?
by taking heed thereto according to thy word. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. The desire of a man is his kindness:
and a poor man is better than a liar. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. He coveteth greedily all the day long:
but the righteous giveth and spareth not. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness:
for they shall be filled. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Hatred stirreth up strifes:
but love covereth all sins. Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.Next verse!With image
