Chinese (traditional)For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.
But woe to him who is alone when he falls,
For he has no one to help him up. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever. By pride comes nothing but strife,
But with the well-advised is wisdom. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Truly my soul silently waits for God;
From Him comes my salvation. Not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord. But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off. You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. But You, O Lord, are a shield for me,
My glory and the One who lifts up my head. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God. My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord;
In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. Blessed are those who keep His testimonies,
Who seek Him with the whole heart! I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. When I kept silent, my bones grew old
Through my groaning all the day long. Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. Cast your burden on the Lord,
And He shall sustain you;
He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. So rend your heart, and not your garments;
Return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger, and of great kindness;
And He relents from doing harm. But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us. For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.Next verse!With image
