Chinese (traditional)For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
cease to do evil. As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him. My times are in your hand;
rescue me from the hand of my enemies
and from my persecutors! Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.” Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. A man's gift makes room for him
and brings him before the great. For if the readiness is there, it is acceptable according to what a person has, not according to what he does not have. But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you. God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Whoever covers an offense seeks love,
but he who repeats a matter separates close friends. Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” I can do all things through him who strengthens me. For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving,
abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you. Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. The Lord makes poor and makes rich;
he brings low and he exalts. And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” For we walk by faith, not by sight. Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord,
who walks in his ways! And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, to do them, not to follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which you are inclined to whore after. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him,
but the righteous shall live by his faith. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him;
fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way,
over the man who carries out evil devices! Oh that they had such a heart as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, that it might go well with them and with their descendants forever! The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.Next verse!With image
