- But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- Nevertheless, in your great mercies you did not make an end of them or forsake them, for you are a gracious and merciful God.
- For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
and I will remember their sins no more. - Blessed is the one
whose transgression is forgiven,
whose sin is covered. - But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”
- He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
- Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool. - And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
- Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
- He will again have compassion on us;
he will tread our iniquities underfoot.
You will cast all our sins
into the depths of the sea. - And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And they cast lots to divide his garments.
- Take with you words
and return to the Lord;
say to him,
“Take away all iniquity;
accept what is good,
and we will pay with bulls
the vows of our lips.” - And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink of it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”
- Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.
- To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of your name;
deliver us, and atone for our sins,
for your name's sake! And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.Next verse!With image
