- I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ died for no purpose.

and not to selfish gain! - You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you.
- The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the blameless,
but destruction to evildoers. - And I shall walk in a wide place,
for I have sought your precepts. - Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.
- The sum of your word is truth,
and every one of your righteous rules endures forever. - You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
- Therefore you shall keep his statutes and his commandments, which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time.
- And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
- The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and wait there, that I may give you the tablets of stone, with the law and the commandment, which I have written for their instruction.”
- So you shall keep my commandments and do them: I am the Lord.
- You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.
