- Therefore produce fruit consistent with repentance.

- Indeed, all who want to live in a godly way in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.

- Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might reach out with his hand, and take fruit also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the Garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken.
- Let’s examine and search out our ways,
And let’s return to the Lord. - Do not lie to one another, since you stripped off the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self, which is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created it.
- But the one who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds will be revealed as having been performed in God.
- For those who are in accord with the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are in accord with the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
