- Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. - The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore. - Grant thee according to thine own heart,
and fulfil all thy counsel. - What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
for brethren to dwell together in unity! - My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever. - Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord. - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - He healeth the broken in heart,
and bindeth up their wounds.
And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.Next verse!With image
