| Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord. | Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in accord with the law of the Lord. |
| The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. | He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect. Everything he does is just and fair. He is a faithful God who does no wrong; how just and upright he is! | He is a rock, his deeds are perfect, and all of his ways are just. He is a God of truth who does no wrong; he is just and upright. |
| Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and glorify and honor the King of heaven. And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on the day of his return. And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing. | I have fought the good fight; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith. Now waiting for me is the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day—and not only to me, but to all those who have eagerly longed for his appearance. |
