- Keep alert; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.

- But this command I gave them, “Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people; walk only in the way that I command you, so that it may be well with you.”
- And the Lord will become king over all the earth; on that day the Lord will be one and his name one.
- Live in harmony with one another; do not be arrogant, but associate with the lowly; do not claim to be wiser than you are.
- Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
- For nothing will be impossible with God.
- Finally, brothers and sisters, farewell. Be restored; listen to my appeal; agree with one another; live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
- It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.
- Let all that you do be done in love.
- The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints. Amen.
- He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.”

- Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap, for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.
- Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow.
- Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
- Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
- Pray, then, in this way:
Our Father in heaven,
may your name be revered as holy.
May your kingdom come.
May your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven. - Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.
- To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
