- The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace. - Blessed are they that mourn:

for they shall be called the children of God. - Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake:
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
- Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
- Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

whose transgression is forgiven,

but the name of the wicked shall rot. - O taste and see that the Lord is good:
blessed is the man that trusteth in him. - But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

and that seek him with the whole heart. - Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
