- “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”
- Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.
- Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.
- I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
- Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
- Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
- I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
- Yes, my soul, find rest in God;
my hope comes from him. - Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
- Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
- Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
- Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. - Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.
- Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
- From the Lord comes deliverance.
May your blessing be on your people. - So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.
- The prospect of the righteous is joy,
but the hopes of the wicked come to nothing. - He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. - As I began to speak, the Holy Spirit came on them as he had come on us at the beginning.
- Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.
- From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
- The wise in heart accept commands,
but a chattering fool comes to ruin. - Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me.”
- Everyone comes naked from their mother’s womb,
and as everyone comes, so they depart.
They take nothing from their toil
that they can carry in their hands.
Before a downfall the heart is haughty,
but humility comes before honor. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.Next verse! With image
