- Deliver my soul, O Lord,
from lying lips,
and from a deceitful tongue. - In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed:
deliver me in thy righteousness. - And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. - My times are in thy hand:
deliver me from the hand of mine enemies,
and from them that persecute me. - Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
