- Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, make you complete in everything good so that you may do his will, working among us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. - I know that there is nothing better for them than to be happy and enjoy themselves as long as they live; moreover, it is God's gift that all should eat and drink and take pleasure in all their toil.

Praise the Lord! - Each of us must please our neighbor for the good purpose of building up the neighbor.
- You are altogether beautiful, my love;
there is no flaw in you. - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
I have no good apart from you.” - For Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.
- Our steps are made firm by the Lord,
when he delights in our way. - For whatever is born of God conquers the world. And this is the victory that conquers the world, our faith.
- Give to everyone who begs from you; and if anyone takes away your goods, do not ask for them again.
- While God has overlooked the times of human ignorance, now he commands all people everywhere to repent.
- And he said to them, “Take care! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; for one's life does not consist in the abundance of possessions.”
- If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit.
- So we do not lose heart. Even though our outer nature is wasting away, our inner nature is being renewed day by day.
- Be still, and know that I am God!
I am exalted among the nations,
I am exalted in the earth. - Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
- Pursue peace with everyone, and the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
- Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
- Thus says the Lord of hosts: Render true judgments, show kindness and mercy to one another; do not oppress the widow, the orphan, the alien, or the poor; and do not devise evil in your hearts against one another.
