- For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.
- Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

And those who love it will eat its fruit. - Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance.
- You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
- And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.”
- I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
- But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.
- If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,
then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. - Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit. - Though the fig tree may not blossom,
Nor fruit be on the vines;
Though the labor of the olive may fail,
And the fields yield no food;
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold,
And there be no herd in the stalls—
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will joy in the God of my salvation. - Take words with you,
And return to the Lord.
Say to Him,
“Take away all iniquity;
Receive us graciously,
For we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.” - Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.
- But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
- Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken.
- So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. - As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return,
To go as he came;
And he shall take nothing from his labor
Which he may carry away in his hand. - The vine has dried up,
And the fig tree has withered;
The pomegranate tree,
The palm tree also,
And the apple tree—
All the trees of the field are withered;
Surely joy has withered away from the sons of men. - Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory. Selah - And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
- For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
- Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
- That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
- Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
- The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law.
- The tongue of the righteous is choice silver;
The heart of the wicked is worth little. - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.
- For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.
- He guards the paths of justice,
And preserves the way of His saints. - A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
- Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
- Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
- The memory of the righteous is blessed,
But the name of the wicked will rot. - For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.
- By the word of the Lord the heavens were made,
And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. - And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us,
And establish the work of our hands for us;
Yes, establish the work of our hands. - I would have lost heart, unless I had believed
That I would see the goodness of the Lord
In the land of the living. - The hope of the righteous will be gladness,
But the expectation of the wicked will perish. - Children’s children are the crown of old men,
And the glory of children is their father. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction. - You who love the Lord, hate evil!
He preserves the souls of His saints;
He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked. - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
- The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable,
But the mouth of the wicked what is perverse.
