Chinese (traditional)- But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved).
- Cast thy burden upon the Lord,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer
the righteous to be moved. - Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
he will save us. - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
- And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. - Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - For unto us a child is born,
unto us a son is given:
and the government shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God,
The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. - The Lord preserveth the strangers;
he relieveth the fatherless and widow:
but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. - But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
- So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.
- My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:
when shall I come and appear before God? - And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.
- God shall bless us;
and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. - Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
- Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. - Give us this day our daily bread.
- For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.
- Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
- And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
- Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
- We love him, because he first loved us.
- For with God nothing shall be impossible.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.Next verse!With image
