- The Lord, your God, is in your midst,
a warrior and a savior.
He will rejoice over you with gladness
and renew you through his love.
He will exult over you with shouts of joy. - You believe that there is one God. You do well to assert that. But even the demons believe and tremble.
- For God would not be so unjust as to ignore your work and the love that you have shown for his name by the services you have rendered to the saints and still continue to render.

power, glory, strength, and majesty,
for everything in heaven and on earth is yours.

- Keep in mind, therefore, that the Lord, your God, is God. He is a faithful God who keeps his covenant of mercy to the thousandth generation toward those who love him and observe his commandments.

- Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart
find favor in your sight,
O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. - Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified of them, for the Lord, your God, is going forth with you. He will never leave you or abandon you.
- A cheerful heart is excellent medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. - Blessed be the Lord, day after day,
the God of our salvation, who carries our burden. Selah - For nothing will be impossible for God.
- Cure the sick who are there, and say, ‘The kingdom of God has come unto you.’
- All this took place in order to fulfill what the Lord had announced through the prophet:
“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and give birth to a son,
and they shall name him Emmanuel,”
a name that means “God is with us.” - But God is rich in his mercy, and because he had such great love for us, he brought us to life with Christ when we were already dead through sin—it is by grace that you have been saved.
- For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all is God.
