Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Guard'
- But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.
- Those who guard their mouths preserve their lives;
those who open wide their lips come to ruin. - And he said to them, “Take care! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; for one's life does not consist in the abundance of possessions.”
- Unless the Lord builds the house,
those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the Lord guards the city,
the guard keeps watch in vain. - Guarding the paths of justice
and preserving the way of his faithful ones. - Be on your guard, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, but may receive a full reward.
- Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
- Keep your heart with all vigilance,
for from it flow the springs of life. - Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong.
- How can young people keep their way pure?
By guarding it according to your word. - So then let us not fall asleep as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober.
- The Lord loves those who hate evil;
he guards the lives of his faithful;
he rescues them from the hand of the wicked. - Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
- He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber. - The integrity of the upright guides them,
but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah You who live in the shelter of the Most High,
who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,
will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.”Next verse!With image
