The Lord watches over the sojourners; he upholds the widow and the fatherless, but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin.The Lord watches over the stranger and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he blocks the way of the wicked.

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, and the justice of your cause, like the noonday.
Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.Take delight in the Lord, and he will grant you what your heart desires.
May he grant you your heart's desire and fulfill all your plans!May he give you your heart’s desire and grant you success in all your plans.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.He has made everything suitable for its time, and he has given men a sense of past and future, but they never have the slightest comprehension of what God has wrought from beginning to end.
So we fasted and implored our God for this, and he listened to our entreaty.Therefore, we fasted and prayed to God to grant us a safe journey, and he answered our prayer.
But he said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”He replied, “What is impossible for men is possible for God.”
And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families.God gave the midwives numerous families because they had feared God.
Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” And having said this he breathed his last.He cried out, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” And with these words he breathed his last.
For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.For the Lord takes delight in his people, and he crowns the humble with salvation.
Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.Beloved, we are God’s children now. What we shall be has not yet been revealed. However, we do know that when he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he really is. Everyone who has this hope in him keeps himself pure, just as he is pure.
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one.While experiencing temptation, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one.
Then what if you were to see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?What then if you were to behold the Son of Man ascend to where he was before?

But when he heard it, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”When Jesus heard this, he said, “It is not the healthy who need a physician, but rather those who are sick.”
