If (2/4)

  • By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.
  • If you know me, you will know my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.
  • If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
  • If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
  • And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
  • For we have become partners of Christ, if only we hold our first confidence firm to the end.
  • So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.
  • No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.
  • If we say that we have fellowship with him while we are walking in darkness, we lie and do not do what is true.
  • I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
  • If we confess our sins, he who is faithful and just will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
  • And this is the boldness we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
  • So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
  • If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you.
  • For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if you return to him.
  • From there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find him if you search after him with all your heart and soul.
  • Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done.”
  • And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.
  • But even if you do suffer for doing what is right, you are blessed. Do not fear what they fear, and do not be intimidated.
  • In my Father's house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
  • Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there will my servant be also. Whoever serves me, the Father will honor.
  • For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help.
  • If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
  • Because if you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
  • If you will not listen, if you will not lay it to heart to give glory to my name, says the Lord of hosts, then I will send the curse on you and I will curse your blessings; indeed I have already cursed them, because you do not lay it to heart.

If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
