Chinese (traditional)- But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant.
- Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let thy glory be above all the earth. - With my whole heart have I sought thee:
O let me not wander from thy commandments. - Let the wicked forsake his way,
and the unrighteous man his thoughts:
and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him;
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. - My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
- In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed:
deliver me in thy righteousness. - Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
- And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
- Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
- The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us.
- But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
- Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
- Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
- Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.
- Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
- Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
- But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints.
- And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
- Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. - And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
- Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
- As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
- Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
- But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
Let the words of my mouth,
and the meditation of my heart,
be acceptable in thy sight,
O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.Next verse!With image
