- All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

- Whoever is patient has great understanding,
but one who is quick-tempered displays folly. - No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
- This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.
- Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
