Bible Verses about 'Lord I need you'
- The Lord is my shepherd;
I have all that I need.

- Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice!
- In the same way, there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!
- And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
- So you, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming.
- The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear.
What can mere people do to me? - I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.
- But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.
- I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance;
therefore, I will hope in him!” - O Lord, if you heal me, I will be truly healed;
if you save me, I will be truly saved.
My praises are for you alone! - I know the Lord is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me. - O Lord, I have come to you for protection;
don’t let me be disgraced.
Save me, for you do what is right. - The Lord your God will bless you as he has promised. You will lend money to many nations but will never need to borrow. You will rule many nations, but they will not rule over you.
- From the depths of despair, O Lord,
I call for your help.
Hear my cry, O Lord.
Pay attention to my prayer. - Give us today the food we need.
- Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon.
- Unfailing love, O Lord, is yours.
Surely you repay all people
according to what they have done. - But you may wonder, ‘How will we know whether or not a prophecy is from the Lord?’ If the prophet speaks in the Lord’s name but his prediction does not happen or come true, you will know that the Lord did not give that message. That prophet has spoken without my authority and need not be feared.
- If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.
- The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.
- I said to the Lord, “You are my Master!
Every good thing I have comes from you.” - Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

for you are my God.
You do such wonderful things!
You planned them long ago,
and now you have accomplished them. - Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength.

What can mere people do to me?” - You know what I long for, Lord;
you hear my every sigh. - Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
- Stop deceiving yourselves. If you think you are wise by this world’s standards, you need to become a fool to be truly wise.
- I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners and need to repent.
- I love you, Lord;
you are my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior;
my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.
He is my shield, the power that saves me,

and a brother is born to help in time of need. - You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am.
- So the Lord must wait for you to come to him
so he can show you his love and compassion.
For the Lord is a faithful God.
Blessed are those who wait for his help. - May the Lord bless you
and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you
and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you his favor
and give you his peace. - So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.
- When you give to someone in need, don’t do as the hypocrites do—blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets to call attention to their acts of charity! I tell you the truth, they have received all the reward they will ever get.
- Take care of any widow who has no one else to care for her.
- For I hold you by your right hand—
I, the Lord your God.
And I say to you,
‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.’ - The Lord is my strength and shield.
I trust him with all my heart.
He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy.
I burst out in songs of thanksgiving. - You know what I am going to say
even before I say it, Lord. - Return to me, and I will return to you, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
