Chinese (traditional)- Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee. - If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - When I kept silence, my bones waxed old
through my roaring all the day long. - I cried unto him with my mouth,
and he was extolled with my tongue. - And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
- The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him. - I acknowledge my sin unto thee,
and mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord;
and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. - Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
- For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,
saith the Lord. - If ye love me, keep my commandments.
- For thou art my rock and my fortress;
therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me. - O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord:
my goodness extendeth not to thee. - Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings;
and the years of thy life shall be many. - I stretch forth my hands unto thee:
my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah. - Behold, God is mine helper:
the Lord is with them that uphold my soul. - Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me. - But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me;
my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. - O God, thou art my God;
early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee
in a dry and thirsty land,
where no water is. - I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth. - Because thy lovingkindness is better than life,
my lips shall praise thee.
Thus will I bless thee while I live:
I will lift up my hands in thy name. - My son, forget not my law;
but let thine heart keep my commandments:
For length of days, and long life,
and peace, shall they add to thee. - Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.
- Hear my prayer, O Lord,
give ear to my supplications:
in thy faithfulness answer me,
and in thy righteousness.
My son, attend to my words;
incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes;
keep them in the midst of thine heart.Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.Next verse!With image
