- The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous run into it and are safe. - For who is God, but the Lord?

The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer,
my God, my rock in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - It does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- For you bless the righteous, O Lord;
you cover them with favor as with a shield. - I am not asking you to take them out of the world, but I ask you to protect them from the evil one.
- The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, all that he has is in your power; only do not stretch out your hand against him!” So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
