- I have set the Lord continually before me;
Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. - For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand,
Who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’ - So then, when the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

In Your presence is fullness of joy;

And my feet have not slipped. - Looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
- Do not turn to the right or to the left;
Turn your foot from evil. - And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
- And they stripped Him and put a red cloak on Him. And after twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and put a reed in His right hand; and they knelt down before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”

And all His work is done in faithfulness. - The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. - Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all, and in Your hand is power and might; and it lies in Your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.
- The hand of the diligent will rule,
But the lazy hand will be put to forced labor. - Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that He may exalt you at the proper time.
- For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
- But now, Lord, You are our Father;
We are the clay, and You our potter,
And all of us are the work of Your hand. - And I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.
- But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
- So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin.
- Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.
- Hate evil, you who love the Lord,
Who watches over the souls of His godly ones;
He saves them from the hand of the wicked. - Now if your right eye is causing you to sin, tear it out and throw it away from you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
- Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
Whoever is discerning, let him know them.
For the ways of the Lord are right,
And the righteous will walk in them,
But wrongdoers will stumble in them. - Then the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not reach out and put your hand on him.” So Satan departed from the presence of the Lord.
- Create in me a clean heart, God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me. - But if the wicked person turns from all his sins which he has committed and keeps all My statutes and practices justice and righteousness, he shall certainly live; he shall not die.

- From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
- Behold, as for the impudent one,
His soul is not right within him;

I have led you in upright paths. - As he came naked from his mother’s womb, so he will return as he came. He will take nothing from the fruit of his labor that he can carry in his hand.
- Let your eyes look directly ahead
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. - You call Me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord’; and you are correct, for so I am.
- The Lord is good and upright;
Therefore He instructs sinners in the way.
He leads the humble in justice,
And He teaches the humble His way. - For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.
- Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and they will hand Him over to the Gentiles to mock and flog and crucify, and on the third day He will be raised up.
- But who am I and who are my people that we should be able to offer as generously as this? For all things come from You, and from Your hand we have given to You.
- To do righteousness and justice
Is preferred by the Lord more than sacrifice.
