- I keep the Lord always before me;

maintain the right of the lowly and the destitute. - Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.
- Look at the proud!
Their spirit is not right in them,
but the righteous live by their faith. - So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near; repent, and believe in the good news.
- From that time Jesus began to proclaim, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.”
- I have taught you the way of wisdom;
I have led you in the paths of uprightness. - Come to a sober and right mind, and sin no more; for some people have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.
