- For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building.

The fatherless and the one who had no helper.
The blessing of a perishing man came upon me,
And I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy. - For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it.
- For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well. - If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless.
- Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
- Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind.
- Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being.
- But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting
On those who fear Him,
And His righteousness to children’s children,
To such as keep His covenant,
And to those who remember His commandments to do them. - A man’s heart plans his way,
But the Lord directs his steps. - There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
- A fool’s wrath is known at once,
But a prudent man covers shame. - And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one.
