So that, with the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance among the saints.I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are citizens with the saints and also members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone.
Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.
Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” Having said this, he breathed his last.And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into Your hands I entrust My spirit.” And having said this, He died.
But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and follow it.”
Jesus said to him, “If you are able!—All things can be done for the one who believes.”But Jesus said to him, “ ‘If You can’? All things are possible for the one who believes.”
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be to you; just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, the Beloved, with whom I am well pleased.”And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has been raised, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.”And the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified. He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said. Come, see the place where He was lying.”
And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation.”And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”
I have said these things to you so that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be complete.These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.
Jesus then said, “I will be with you a little while longer, and then I am going to him who sent me.”Therefore Jesus said, “For a little while longer I am going to be with you, and then I am going to Him who sent Me.”
When he had said this, as they were watching, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight.And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were watching, and a cloud took Him up, out of their sight.
But Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but for God all things are possible.”And looking at them, Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
When Jesus had received the wine, he said, “It is finished.” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.
But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper as his partner.”Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for see—I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people.”And so the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people.”
Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith has made you well.” Immediately he regained his sight and followed him on the way.And Jesus said to him, “Go; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he regained his sight and began following Him on the road.
Seek good and not evil, that you may live; and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you, just as you have said.Seek good and not evil, so that you may live; And so may the Lord God of armies be with you, Just as you have said!
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I; send me!”Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
He said, “Then put away the foreign gods that are among you, and incline your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.”Now then, do away with the foreign gods which are in your midst, and incline your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.
He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
For ‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we too are his offspring.’For in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His descendants.’
Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his clothing.But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing His garments among themselves.

And let the one who believes in me drink. As the scripture has said, ‘Out of the believer's heart shall flow rivers of living water.’The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’
