nor is it in them to do good. - Then Peter began to speak to them: “I truly understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him.”

who do not slander with their tongue,
and do no evil to their friends,

- For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
