Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
But if wicked people turn away from all their sins and begin to obey my decrees and do what is just and right, they will surely live and not die.But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
Indeed, the Sovereign Lord never does anything until he reveals his plans to his servants the prophets. For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.

Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Such people will not be overcome by evil. Those who are righteous will be long remembered. For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.
Unfailing love, O Lord, is yours. Surely you repay all people according to what they have done. And that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work.

You must not exploit a widow or an orphan. If you exploit them in any way and they cry out to me, then I will certainly hear their cry. My anger will blaze against you, and I will kill you with the sword. Then your wives will be widows and your children fatherless. You shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child. If you do mistreat them, and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry, and my wrath will burn, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.

So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God. You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
