Chinese (traditional)- I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
- All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
- Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
- I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
- I have chosen the way of truth:
thy judgments have I laid before me. - And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
- And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
- In the multitude of my thoughts within me
thy comforts delight my soul. - Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
- Order my steps in thy word:
and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. - I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers,
who hast given me wisdom and might,
and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee:
for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. - Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
- Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. - Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
- In God I will praise his word,
in God I have put my trust;
I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. - Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.
- So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
- I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
- I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
- Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
- If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
- Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts:
all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. - And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
A friend loveth at all times,
and a brother is born for adversity. Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God.Next verse!With image
