- No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

for his compassions never fail.
They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness. - No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.
