- What then if you were to behold the Son of Man
ascend to where he was before? - But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them. For it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.”

- Therefore, put on the armor of God, so that you will be able to hold fast on the evil day and to hold your ground with all your strength.
- And we are witnesses to these things, as is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey him.
- But whoever endures to the end will be saved.
- To the loyal, you show yourself to be loyal;
to the blameless, you show yourself to be blameless. - Let us examine and test our ways
and return to the Lord. - But without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever comes to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
- Jesus replied, “If you wish to be perfect, go, sell your possessions, and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
- If you would seriously consider my reproof,
I would pour out my thoughts to you
and make my precepts known to you. - If you obey the command that I give you today, to love the Lord, your God, and to walk in his ways, and to observe his commandments, statutes, and decrees, then you will live and multiply, and the Lord, your God, will bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.
- For it is written,
“As I live, says the Lord,
every knee shall bow before me,
and every tongue shall give praise to God.” - Teach us to comprehend how few our days are
so that our hearts may be filled with wisdom. - A thief comes only
to steal and kill and destroy.
