Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”
That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.So that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.
For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.
The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.
Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.But the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.
Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.From the Lord comes deliverance. May your blessing be on your people.
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain.
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.This is what the Lord says to Israel: “Seek me and live.”
