Bible Verses about 'Whom'

  • Pay to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor.
  • Yet for us there is only one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.
  • The Lord is my light and my salvation;
    Whom should I fear?
    The Lord is the defense of my life;
    Whom should I dread?
  • Whom do I have in heaven but You?
    And with You, I desire nothing on earth.
  • If someone says, “I love God,” and yet he hates his brother or sister, he is a liar; for the one who does not love his brother and sister whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
  • My son, do not reject the discipline of the Lord
    Or loathe His rebuke,
    For whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
    Just as a father disciplines the son in whom he delights.
  • And behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
  • Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
    When it is in your power to do it.
  • Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
  • Behold, happy is the person whom God disciplines,
    So do not reject the discipline of the Almighty.
  • Glory to God in the highest,
    And on earth peace among people with whom He is pleased.
  • Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent.”
  • And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.
  • And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
  • Those whom I love, I rebuke and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent.
  • Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
  • When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, namely, the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father, He will testify about Me.
  • “I love You, Lord, my strength.”
    The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my savior,
    My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;
    My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
  • But the one who boasts is to boast in the Lord. For it is not the one who commends himself that is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.
  • But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you.
  • God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
  • For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
  • And I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’
  • Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
  • But the one who did not know it, and committed acts deserving of a beating, will receive only a few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.

Furthermore, as for every person to whom God has given riches and wealth, He has also given him the opportunity to enjoy them and to receive his reward and rejoice in his labor; this is the gift of God.
