- The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
- Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
- The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
- To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.
- For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
- But godliness with contentment is great gain.
- Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?
- Walk with the wise and become wise,
for a companion of fools suffers harm. - Blessed are those who keep his statutes
and seek him with all their heart. - If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
- For he satisfies the thirsty
and fills the hungry with good things. - I delight greatly in the Lord;
my soul rejoices in my God.
For he has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness,
as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. - So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. - The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,
but will rejoice over you with singing. - Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
- But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
- When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
but with humility comes wisdom. - Whoever loves money never has enough;
whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income.
This too is meaningless. - For the Lord takes delight in his people;
he crowns the humble with victory. - I also want the women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, adorning themselves, not with elaborate hairstyles or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God.
- So that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.
- The Lord gives strength to his people;
the Lord blesses his people with peace. - To the faithful you show yourself faithful,
to the blameless you show yourself blameless.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.Next verse!With image
