- Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”

Let him seek peace and pursue it.” - That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love.
- I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.
- The hypocrite with his mouth destroys his neighbor,
But through knowledge the righteous will be delivered. - However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.

I will make my words known to you. - Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave.
- But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
- For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
- And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector.
- Or do you think that I cannot now pray to My Father, and He will provide Me with more than twelve legions of angels?
- What then if you should see the Son of Man ascend where He was before?
- For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

As much as in all riches. - Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

- To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
- “Do not be like your fathers, to whom the former prophets preached, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Turn now from your evil ways and your evil deeds.” ’ But they did not hear nor heed Me,” says the Lord.
- Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
