Ye (4/4)

  • If you will not listen, if you will not lay it to heart to give glory to my name, says the Lord of hosts, then I will send the curse on you and I will curse your blessings; indeed I have already cursed them, because you do not lay it to heart.
  • Now therefore, if you obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession out of all the peoples. Indeed, the whole earth is mine.
  • Welcome those who are weak in faith, but not for the purpose of quarreling over opinions.
  • But be doers of the word, and not merely hearers who deceive themselves.
  • You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid.
  • Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.
  • For God is not unjust; he will not overlook your work and the love that you showed for his sake in serving the saints, as you still do.
  • Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
  • Now who will harm you if you are eager to do what is good?
  • Adulterers! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
  • Jesus answered them, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done.”
  • Therefore whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be proclaimed from the housetops.
  • For what the flesh desires is opposed to the Spirit, and what the Spirit desires is opposed to the flesh; for these are opposed to each other, to prevent you from doing what you want.
  • Like newborn infants, long for the pure, spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow into salvation.
  • Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
  • Therefore, my beloved, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord, because you know that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
  • Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
  • The end of all things is near; therefore be serious and discipline yourselves for the sake of your prayers.
  • Conduct yourselves wisely toward outsiders, making the most of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer everyone.
  • For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
  • Be strong, and let your heart take courage,
all you who wait for the Lord.
  • Live by the Spirit, I say, and do not gratify the desires of the flesh.
  • There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling.
  • And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation.”
  • For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.
