- Direct my footsteps according to your word;
let no sin rule over me. - The lions may grow weak and hungry,
but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. - For no word from God will ever fail.

Does your work say,
‘The potter has no hands’? - “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
- Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.
- He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak. - “No weapon forged against you will prevail,

- Do not deceive yourselves. If any of you think you are wise by the standards of this age, you should become “fools” so that you may become wise.

who does what is righteous,
who speaks the truth from their heart;
whose tongue utters no slander,
who does no wrong to a neighbor,
and casts no slur on others. - A person’s riches may ransom their life,
but the poor cannot respond to threatening rebukes. - In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
- Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
his greatness no one can fathom. - For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.Next verse!With image
